(Note- the last breakout session will include panels of people to answer questions. Four panels will be set up, including International, Domestic, Foster Care, and Church Ministry.
What we expect of those leading a Break Out Session:
·To honor and exalt the Lord Jesus in the presentation
·To provide information about adoption or orphan care that is helpful and encouraging. At least one item should be available for participants to take with them (handout, brochure, etc.)
·To develop a presentation that is creative, interactive, and engaging for the audience. The breakout should be much more than merely a lecture.
·The presentation should last approximately 20 minutes. The presenter should allow at least 10 minutes at the end for questions. The presenter should respect the time allotments, agreeing to start and end according to the schedule. The time frame allowed must be respected by the presenter for two reasons: 1) participants will be attending another session following and will need time for this transition and 2) the presenter will want time for individual questions and transition to the next group.

What will be Provided for those leading a Break Out Session:
·A Medium Sized room that will accommodate 15-25 chairs
·Multimedia (Projection, TV, DVD player)
·Photocopying (if needed)
When to set up:
·Your session should be set up before 8:45am on Saturday. The facilities will be open at 7:30am on Saturday morning.
